Acceptable use
The principles that apply to how the service may be used. The binding version is in your service agreement.
Edgemere Networks provides connectivity for legitimate business use. Customers are responsible for how their users use the service, and agree not to use it to:
- break the law in any jurisdiction that applies to them;
- attack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to systems they do not own or have permission to test;
- send unsolicited bulk messaging, or distribute malware;
- infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
We may suspend access that threatens the stability or security of the service or others on it, and will work with affected customers to restore service as quickly as is responsible.
