If you contact us, we hold the details you send so we can respond and keep a record of the enquiry. For customers, we hold the account and configuration data needed to operate the service. This website does not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
Information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry, administer your service agreement and operate the connectivity you buy from us. We do not sell it.
Service data
Operating a connectivity service involves handling connection metadata needed for routing, monitoring and troubleshooting. What we log, and for how long, is set out in your service agreement.
Retention
We keep enquiry and account records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, then remove them.
